Papaya Fruit May Prevent Cancer

Besides the sweet and fresh taste and rich in benefits, it turns out papaya fruit known to be useful for preventing cancer.

Lycophene contained within the papaya fruit, is an extremely effective nutrients known to prevent and combat the spread of cancer from the cancer cells.

A recent study found lycophene stimulate the level of defense cells in the body to fight cancer. This can prevent damage to DNA and lipids that inhibit the spread of cancer.

Researchers from the University of Florida found that the papaya can be an effective anticancer agent against cervical cancer, breast, liver, lungs and pancreas. These results have been published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology.
