Is Eating Fat Makes You Fat?

From the time we started to corpulence, everyone always told us the same thing, namely that we eat fat (or often associated with oil), then our bodies will become fat (obese). And if you want thin, the solution is to not eat fatty or greasy foods. Avoid fat in every way. Is reality like that? If not all calories are equal, then the answer is not all fats are equal.

Our bodies, process the different fats in different ways as well. The difference is that, by consuming fat ugly then we turn off the ignition button that causes our body fat is more difficult again to burn fat. While eating good fats will increase your metabolism and helps us to burn fat.

Actually there are three types of fat, which is good fats, bad fats and fat are very ugly. Both increase the metabolism of fat, bad fat slows metabolism. Fat is ugly is a very different variant. These fats are created by humans and can not be digested by our bodies.

- Good fats

Monounsaturated fats are mostly from olive oil. Monounsaturated fat diet can reduce the risk of diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. The use of olive oil also showed reduced inflammation, improved immune system, lowering blood sugar, cholesterol and reduce blood coagulation. Sources of monounsaturated fat is extra virgin olive oil, hazelnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, avocado, and so on.

Saturated fat, which is considered quite ugly, but it also gives quite a few things we need. Some effects are less preferred are these fats can increase LDL Cholesterol. But enough of this type are needed for the growth of young children.

Omega 6 polyunsaturated fats that are not purified enough also needed by the body. Commonly found in vegetable oils such as grape seed oil, sesame oil and so on. Use a little if you still want to optimize the burning of body fat.

The problem is the type of fat we consume is pretty much in our diet everyday

After learning the types of fat, watch your diet to keep eating the good fats in sufficient quantities. Fat-free diet will not help you lose weight, but eating too much fat ugly very dangerous!
